We bought a car from them and they were very helpful and got us a great car for the price we wanted. They also made the whole process very easy. 10/10 will buy from them again

If you want a fair deal on a solid vehicle, I woudl go nowhere else in the Fort Smith area than Grigsby Auto. As an "old guy" I have bought the exact car I wanted and also had to buy a vehicle that just "runs". Grigby's is the only place to get my business.

Great customer service and quick to help with any issues you may have. My radio was malfunctioning and they quickly replaced it with a brand new one it was quick and easy they installed the same day it came in.
