The vehicles are solid, clean, and priced fair — you can tell they care about their reputation and their customers.If you’re in or around Fort Smith and need a dependable ride with people you can trust, stop wasting time and go to Grigsby Auto. ‼️Long post ahead‼️As yall know I just got this beautiful Yukon from Grigsby Auto Sales LLC about a week ago, and well I was driving it the other day, and it was making a noise….If you know me, I’m 0-1000 as soon as something isn’t the way it’s supposed to be. I do not turn the radio up when something doesn’t sound right, I turn it off, and yell at anyone that talks to me while I pinpoint said sound.😂😂I took a deep breath, messaged Ashley Grigsby and Donnie Grigsby, told them what was going on, they tell me to bring it by when I get off work.I get to Grigsby’s today right after 2, maybe 2:15/2:30 and tell them, and the mechanic, EVERYTHING me and ChatGPT talked about and what it could be, they listened to me, did not dismiss me, looked at it, showed me what was wrong with it, (just needed new rear break pads) ordered them, and fixed them, all within a 2 hour period! Which was amazing considering they didn’t have them there at the shop.This is the second vehicle I’ve bought from Grigsby’s, and they are always there for you, whenever you need it! So well this is my 5 star review, my 10/10 highly recommend. I’m just so thankful to have a place that doesn’t bullshit you, and answers all your questions. Mechanically, and paperwork wise! I should tell yall that too! I didn’t understand something while financing my vehicle and Ashley took the time to sit down with me, and explain anything I didn’t quite understand. They really are great! Thank you thank you thank you!🙏🏼 ❤️🛞🪽

If I could give 1,000 stars I would they was amazing to work with. As soon as we got there we looked around nobody rushed out to bug us! As soon as you walk in the door the environment and atmosphere is home feeling. It was our first time buying a car ourselves and they made it so stress free they will definitely get our future business. We loved working with Savannh she was a real one!

Recently purchased a 2016 challenger. All I can say is they stand behind everything they promote! Really helped me out . wish I came in sooner to buy a vehicle. Even after I bought it and had issues they stepped up an are taking care of me. Me and my wife are forever greatful for them this season in our life. We will never go back to a big dealer as we found ourselves a home with grigsby
