We bought a car they literally got the same day (on a Saturday) and picked it up on a Monday. While we continued to have issues with the car (little random things), they helped or serviced the car EVERY time! They even came to my job twice to figure out what was going on with the car. Customer service is 100/10. The car is running smoothly and its exactly what I wanted. Definitely worth buying from again!

‼️Long post ahead‼️As yall know I just got this beautiful Yukon from Grigsby Auto Sales LLC about a week ago, and well I was driving it the other day, and it was making a noise….If you know me, I’m 0-1000 as soon as something isn’t the way it’s supposed to be. I do not turn the radio up when something doesn’t sound right, I turn it off, and yell at anyone that talks to me while I pinpoint said sound.😂😂I took a deep breath, messaged Ashley Grigsby and Donnie Grigsby, told them what was going on, they tell me to bring it by when I get off work.I get to Grigsby’s today right after 2, maybe 2:15/2:30 and tell them, and the mechanic, EVERYTHING me and ChatGPT talked about and what it could be, they listened to me, did not dismiss me, looked at it, showed me what was wrong with it, (just needed new rear break pads) ordered them, and fixed them, all within a 2 hour period! Which was amazing considering they didn’t have them there at the shop.This is the second vehicle I’ve bought from Grigsby’s, and they are always there for you, whenever you need it! So well this is my 5 star review, my 10/10 highly recommend. I’m just so thankful to have a place that doesn’t bullshit you, and answers all your questions. Mechanically, and paperwork wise! I should tell yall that too! I didn’t understand something while financing my vehicle and Ashley took the time to sit down with me, and explain anything I didn’t quite understand. They really are great! Thank you thank you thank you!🙏🏼 ❤️🛞🪽
